10 – Daily Practices To Align With Your Intuition

Hey Beautiful Friend,

It’s with utmost gratitude and awe I write this blog to you. I eventually realized in my life that no matter what I thought in my head about life being against me or of having any fearful thoughts of the future, that in the here and now there are unseen forces of LOVE working for all of us. What if this force of love was working behind the scenes to weave our lives together… dancing with the grace of the wind and the pureness of our hearts? I’m opening to this grace and I hope you will too.

Here’s what I’ve found to help me move into my center where I can feel my intuition, feeling the Universe within me as me.

1. Bring your awareness from your head to your heart. Then down into your belly at your core intuitive center. (Your Gut)

2. Breathe deep.

3. Let go…

4. Meditate

5. Do Yoga

6. Go for a nature walk

7. Call a friend

8. Dance

9. Write a letter of gratitude

10. Listen to meditation music
