I found myself relating to her… feeling trapped by life circumstances, my own thoughts, or even other people’s energy. In that moment I realized the Universe was showing me something, I heard a still small voice inside of me say “BREAK FREE!”
In that moment my heart opened and I saw how amazing my life was, how gifted I was to have what I have and know what I know. Then I felt my intuition speak through me to you, first as an energetic wave of love, then in these words…

What person, place, event or past circumstance do you need to let go of?
Now, I invite you to listen with your heart, drop into your intuitive knowing and feel the truth within you. Then notice the space that you have created by letting go to now be open to what you do want!

As I walked back up from the beach I looked over at the little girl’s father. He was loving brushing the sand off her skin, smiling with loving adoration of his precious child.
Sometimes we just need to be brushed off, rise outta what is holding us back, and be even more powerful than we were before because of the strength it took to get here today!
